Due to the specialized, professional-grade pneumatic nature of The Lab, we do not accept returns once the unit has been inflated or removed from its original commercial packaging. If a unit is found to have a manufacturing defect in the PVC structure or integrated netting, we will facilitate a repair or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
